New Floor Pans
July 20, 2006 - After spending 7 months removing pieces it's about time to start adding pieces back in. I just purchased floor pans, inner rockers and torque boxes. read on and you'll see this is only the beginning. Cost - $468. Also ordered are 4 quarts of POR-15 to coat everything once and for all.

Old and New inner rocker
August 5 - Having spent about 10 hours this week drilling out spot welds and chiseling the remain of the right inner rocker. Here's a view of the old and new rockers side by side. Most of the old one was vacuumed away earlier this year.

air gap between the floor and rocker
August 6th - Waiting on the POR-15 to coat the outer rockers. They were in surprisingly good shape... I don't know how considering the state of nothingness that was the inner rockers. As you can see the torque boxes are swiss cheese too. I still can't believe the car didn't break in half when it was yanked out of the field.

More to come
